Job Summary
General Manager at RR Living responsible for leading a resident-focused market-rate multifamily community, overseeing staff and operations, managing budgets, signing and overseeing lease and vendor contracts, leveraging marketing and social media to drive occupancy, and ensuring compliant, high-quality service and resident experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience on-site as Community Manager/Dual-Site Community Manager within Multifamily industry
- Bilingual experience is required.
- Proven background within high profile projects including renovations and providing consistent reporting to all teams involved.
- Experience in accounting and PMS systems.
- Lease-up experience is required for this role.
- Proven background within customer service in the Multifamily industry.
- Software: OneSite experience is required and Knock experience is preferred.
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
- Manage annual budgets alongside Regional Property Manager.
