Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include people development through recruitment and training, maintaining employee relations and performance reviews, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction, managing restaurant financials and assets, operational compliance with safety and cleanliness, and executing marketing programs. The role requires a High School diploma, three years of restaurant management experience, and food safety certification.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience, which includes P&L responsibility
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for positions that require driving
