Job Summary
General Manager – 2nd shift responsible for overseeing strategic direction, operation, compliance, and financial results for a designated operation. Serves as primary customer interface for proposal approvals and contract negotiations, champions continuous improvement (LEAN/Six Sigma) and ISO activities, develops marketing plans, and ensures adherence to corporate mission and client expectations. Leads manpower planning, safety programs, budgeting, KPI monitoring, and leadership development; collaborates with senior leadership on capital plans and technology to service the client.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Budgeting and P&L management experience
- At least 3 years of experience in an operations management related position
