Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the FBO including customer relations, line operations, accounting, health, safety, and environmental functions. Lead day-to-day activities for general aviation services such as fuel, hangar, and office rental while acting as the company liaison to the airport community. Manage tenant relations, transient sales, and customer satisfaction through regular interactions and feedback loops. Develop base forecasting and budgets under guidance, ensuring performance against targets and audit results. Establish a safety culture via daily observations, shift briefings, audits, and emergency procedures. Maintain proper staffing levels, conduct accident investigations, and oversee GSE and facility maintenance. Administer the Computer Based Training program, perform leadership functions like hiring and annual reviews, and ensure employees receive necessary training on safety, customer service, and company values.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree in Aviation or related study and/or equivalent professional experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge of business management and accounting
- Proficient with personal computers and Microsoft office products
