Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for operational and fiscal effectiveness, ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. Responsibilities include people development by recruiting and training staff, ensuring employee relations through performance reviews and communication, and maintaining high customer service standards. The RGM will manage restaurant financials, oversee operations, marketing implementation, and develop strong relationships with the restaurant team, management, and vendors. The position requires a high school diploma, three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility, and a strong sense of ownership, organization, and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field preferred
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
