Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards and government regulations. Key responsibilities include people development, managing employee relations, delivering excellent customer service, overseeing financials and operational systems, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate possesses a High School diploma with three years of restaurant management experience and P&L accountability, along with preferred advanced studies in related fields.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience, which includes P&L responsibility and proven experience managing all shifts without supervision.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field preferred.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
- Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance.
