Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for excellent operations management, adherence to all Company standards, guest services, food and employee safety, employee relations, financial objectives, and overall operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant. Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing restaurant staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing financial systems and controls, compliance with safety regulations, and executing marketing programs. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to analyze reports.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field preferred
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
