Job Summary
General Manager at WhiteWater Express leads the location’s day-to-day operations, drives revenue growth, ensures safety and service standards, and manages staff development, payroll, hiring, and compliance. Responsibilities include cultivating a positive customer-focused culture, coaching and leadership development, delivering a safe and high-quality customer experience, creating schedules, maintaining facilities and equipment, controlling costs, and using KPI tools to increase membership revenue and retention. 45–50 hours per week; requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment; car wash experience is not required. Strong leadership, communication, and operational-management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Required Qualifications
