Job Summary
The General Manager leads branch operations across the Evansville region, owning sales performance, installation execution, customer experience, team development, and financial outcomes. Responsible for building and sustaining a high-performing sales team, driving operational efficiency, and delivering consistent results. Partners with Corporate and field teams to execute company strategy and uphold Hansons’ standards. Key duties include sales leadership, recruiting and developing sales staff, coaching on closing techniques, monitoring metrics, driving lead generation, scheduling technicians, coordinating with installation partners, ensuring quality workmanship, managing customer experience and NPS targets, leading and developing branch employees, and communicating with Corporate teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales management experience with 2+ years general management experience; proficiency in Excel and MS Office; strong communication and organizational skills; willingness to travel locally and statewide.
