Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash controls while setting an example for your crew. Execute staffing, food management, and store cleanliness standards to ensure profitability and perfect image. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and maintain daily facility hygiene. Drive to deliver pizzas and door hangers to customers, navigating adverse weather and terrain with a valid license and insured vehicle. Requires strong math skills, multitasking judgment, and the ability to work under stress. Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Ability to direct activities
