Job Summary
Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly while overseeing total store operations. When closing, manage end-of-night bank deposits and conduct nightly product inventory counts; when opening, verify the store is set up properly to receive orders. Actively train GMITs on all store operations, maintain staffing levels, and create schedules based on labor needs. Collect money and signed credit card receipts from drivers, ensure vehicle inspections, and assist with routing to maximize service. Uphold Domino's standards for grooming, uniforms, and operations, calculate product needs for commissary delivery, and promote pizza products and promotions. Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers while fostering a culture of teamwork and urgency.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand P&L ledger
- Ability to speak and write clearly
- Comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
