Job Summary
Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly while fostering a sense of urgency with every transaction. Oversee total store operations by ensuring the store runs according to Domino's Operation Evaluation Review standards, maintaining proper grooming, uniform, and appearance. Manage staffing levels and create schedules based on labor needs, collect shift deposits and credit card receipts, and conduct nightly product inventory counts. Actively train staff on store operations, receive cross-training for oven operation and product preparation, and assist with driver routing to maximize service. Calculate product and ingredient needs for bi-weekly commissary deliveries, promote pizza products and specials, and resolve customer disputes to ensure satisfaction. Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and contribute to the P&L ledger.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand P&L ledger
- Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system

- Comfortable with dispute resolution and ensuring every unhappy customer is a returning customer
