General Manager responsible for all results in assigned Domino's Pizza stores in Aurora, CO. Oversees insuring food, labor and service goals are within goal, conducts P&L review with direct supervisor each month, maintains minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day, ensures stores meet or exceed Domino’s Pizza standards and 4-star level, staffs and trains all team members, handles repair and maintenance, implements new products or ideas seamlessly, ensures accurate reporting and paperwork at the store level, maintains store budgets, and ensures safety and security procedures are followed with equipment in working order. Also responsible for inventory checks, systems checklists, and ensuring school lunches are prepared and delivered within standards.
