Job Summary
Oversee all results in assigned stores, ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met and P&L reviews are conducted monthly. Maintain minimum 50-hour work weeks with one day off and one on-call day, while insuring all stores meet TIPS and Domino's Pizza standards. Manage staff training, repair and maintenance, and seamless implementation of new products or ideas. Ensure stores run at a minimum 4-star level, perform self OERs, and complete evaluations and raises as needed. Follow through on assignments, ensure timely and accurate reporting, adhere to safety and security procedures, maintain store budgets, and verify inventory checks and equipment utilization.
Required Qualifications

- All school lunches prepared and delivered within standards
- Inventory checks performed on each store each month
