Job Summary
General Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Domino's Pizza store in Irvine. Oversees recruiting, training, and managing store employees; creates a fun and professional work environment; ensures high quality products and customer service; meets and exceeds performance goals; controls food and labor costs; upholds health and safety standards; collaborates with senior management to maximize productivity and store-level profitability. Requires minimum 1-year management experience in the restaurant industry (Domino's preferred). Responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, adherence to standards, excellent customer service, attendance and punctuality, and maintaining store cleanliness. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year management experience in the restaurant industry (Domino's preferred.)
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Essential Functions/Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; monetary change; perform order entry using computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Work Conditions: exposure to varying temperatures and physical demands; ability to lift and move items as described.
