Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set the example by following all policies and procedures while ensuring your crew adheres to the same standards. Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and marketing to drive store profitability. Maintain perfect image, store cleanliness, and punctual attendance while navigating delivery routes and adverse weather conditions. Process telephone and in-person orders accurately, manage equipment, and ensure strict quality control standards are met throughout the shift.
