Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost and inventory controls, cash handling, and customer relations while setting a standard for crew adherence to policies. Oversee staffing, food management, store cleanliness, and marketing efforts to ensure profitability and perfect image standards. Execute daily product preparation, equipment operation, and order processing while maintaining strict attendance and punctuality. Deliver pizzas and promotional materials to customers, navigating varied weather and terrain with accurate navigation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Domino's management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
