Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations while setting a standard for your crew. Execute staffing, paperwork, food management, and adherence to store policies and procedures. Maintain store cleanliness, ensure punctuality, and deliver great customer service. Navigate delivery routes, process orders, and operate equipment while working under stress and varying weather conditions.
