Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations while setting the example for the crew. Execute staffing, paperwork, food management, and marketing activities to ensure store cleanliness, profitability, and adherence to all policies. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and navigate delivery routes while maintaining strict quality standards. Work varying weather conditions and temperature extremes under stress to meet strict quality control standards.
