Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash controls while setting an example for the crew. Execute staffing, food management, and marketing tasks to ensure perfect image, adherence to standards, and great customer service. Maintain store cleanliness, punctuality, and transportation logistics while working under stress to meet strict quality control standards. Navigate adverse weather and terrain to deliver product and process orders over the phone and in person. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, and complete daily paperwork.
