Job Summary
Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly. Oversee total store operations, open/close procedures, inventory, scheduling, and routing to maximize on-time delivery while maintaining Domino’s standards. Train staff including GMIT on all aspects of store operations, manage P&L, promote products and promotions, and provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers. Ensure vehicle inspections, grooming standards, and proper box/packaging for delivery, and foster teamwork, energy, and fun while achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
