Manage all shift operations, including cost and inventory controls, cash handling, and customer relations. Set an example by following all policies and procedures while ensuring staff adherence to standards for staffing, food management, and store cleanliness. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and maintain facility cleanliness daily. Drive to deliver pizzas and flyers within the designated area, navigating various terrains and weather conditions. This role supports Domino's mission to be the best pizza delivery company, offering a path to franchise ownership for successful team members.

- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
