We are seeking a General Manager for Domino's Team BAM! to oversee store operations, manage staff, enhance customer service, and drive sales.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
- Customer Service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
- Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
