Job Summary
General Manager at Domino's Pizza responsible for all shift operations, including cost and inventory controls, cash handling, and customer relations. Must be able to operate equipment, manage a delivery team (including delivery duties with an own vehicle), stock ingredients, process orders, maintain cleanliness, follow safety requirements, read maps for delivery areas, perform inventory and associated paperwork, and uphold professionalism. Requires 18+ years old, valid driver’s license with two years driving experience and access to an insured vehicle; strong math, English communication, multitasking, and computer-entry abilities; leadership to foster a team environment and motivate others; willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license with two years of driving experience
- access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator acceptable)
- excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- ability to read maps and locate addresses within delivery area
- ability to comply with safety requirements
- ability to operate all equipment
- ability to take on all roles in the store, including delivery expert (must have own vehicle)
- self-starter and reliable
- ability to perform tasks as assigned
- ability to work in varying weather conditions
- physical capability to sit/stand/walk/bend/lift up to 50 lbs
- experience in inventory and cash control
- familiarity with basic math for monetary changes
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to foster a team environment and motivate others
- basic computer skills for order processing
