Job Summary
We take pride in our team members and our team members take pride in Domino's Pizza! As General Manager in Fort Worth, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift including cost controls, inventory, cash, customer relations, policy adherence, staffing, paperwork, and driving to/from work. You will oversee food management, scheduling, training, marketing, and profitability, set and model standards, and lead the team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining store image and SOP compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication with customers and co-workers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Driver’s license with safe driving record (when applicable)
- Delivery duties possibly required
- Team leadership and scheduling
- Attendance and punctuality
- Excellent customer service
