Job Summary
General Manager for Domino’s Team BAM! responsible for running store operations efficiently, driving results, maintaining food safety and team member safety, delivering best-in-class customer service, and increasing sales and profit. Requires prior management or similar experience, customer service background, and a valid driver’s license; high school education or equivalent. Key duties include cost controls, inventory, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality, staff recruitment and development, and P&L, food cost, and labor management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to lead by example and drive team accountability. Required Qualifications
- General Manager experience or similar management experience
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- High School education or equivalent

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
