Job Summary
General Manager for a Domino’s store is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, providing leadership and supervision to meet operational standards, food safety, profitability, and an inclusive, engaged work environment. Responsibilities include leading and developing multiple employees, managing operations procedures and costs, ensuring customer service excellence, and operating and troubleshooting technology (POS, ATS, etc.). Requires at least 1 year GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, strong recruitment and team-management capabilities, and a valid driver’s license; must be 18+. Position is in-person at Humble, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
- Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
- Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
- Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
