Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a single Domino’s store with leadership and supervision to achieve operational standards, food safety, profitability, and an inclusive environment. Requires minimum GM experience in a fast-paced service setting; responsibilities include recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees; leading food safety protocols; operating and troubleshooting POS/ATS systems; and maintaining customer service excellence. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
- Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
- Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
- Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
