Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash controls while setting the example for crew adherence to policies. Operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery to storage, prepare products, and process telephone and in-person orders. Maintain daily facility and equipment cleanliness, complete associated paperwork, and ensure strict quality control standards. Handle bulk product deliveries using hand trucks and navigate adverse weather conditions. Deliver product directly to customers, manage flyers, and utilize navigational skills within designated areas.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to direct activities
