The role emphasizes operational oversight, training, scheduling, and delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced pizza-store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; monetary change handling
- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience or ability in staffing, scheduling, and supervision of team members
- Action-oriented problem solving; adherence to policies and procedures
- Inventory, cost controls, and cash controls management
- Ability to operate equipment and POS systems; processing orders and paperwork
- Ability to train and guide staff; maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability: attendance and punctuality
- Basic math and financial reporting skills
- Transportation/drive to store and delivery logistics could be relevant for certain shifts
