Job Summary
Oversee all results in assigned stores, ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met within targets. Conduct monthly P&L reviews with the direct supervisor and maintain store budgets. Ensure all stores meet Domino's Pizza standards, achieve a minimum 4-star level, and run with proper staffing and training. Implement new products and ideas seamlessly while maintaining safety, security, and equipment standards. Perform monthly inventory checks, manage school lunch preparations, and execute self OERs with timely corrections. Complete evaluations, raises, and all required paperwork and reports accurately. Maintain minimum 50-hour work week with one day off and one on-call day.
Required Qualifications

- All school lunches prepared and delivered within standards
- Accurate and detailed accountability with paper trail
- All equipment available and utilized correctly
- Inventory checks performed on each store each month
- Systems checklist and visit books utilized and in place and used
- All reports and paperwork complete and accurate
- All reports and paperwork turned in timely
- Self OER's performed 1st week of each period
- Appropriate corrections made for OER's
- Evaluations and raises completed as needed
- Paperwork and D.O. notified
- Follow through of all assignments
- All product and operational standards known
- All new products or ideas implemented seamlessly
- Stores run at a minimum 4 star level
- Food, labor and service goals within goal
- All stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards
- All stores staffed
- Training of all team members
