Job Summary
Oversee all results in assigned stores, ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met and P&L reviews are completed monthly. Maintain minimum 4-star store levels, enforce TIPS and Domino's standards, and guarantee seamless implementation of new products. Manage staff training, schedule, and on-call rotations while conducting inventory checks and maintenance oversight. Perform self OERs, evaluate team members, and process raises with accurate paperwork. Monitor store budgets, ensure school lunch delivery standards, and maintain complete, accurate reporting and accountability trails. Adhere to all safety, security, and equipment utilization protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 50 hour work week
- 1 day off
- 1 on call day
- All safety and security procedures followed
- Equipment in working order
- Store Budgets Maintained
- All school lunches prepared and delivered within standards needed by school
- Provide accurate and detailed accountability and insure paper trail exists
- All equipment available and utilized correctly
- Inventory checks performed on each store each month
- Systems checklist and visit books utilized and in place and used
- Knowing of all product and operational standards
