General Manager responsible for all results in assigned Domino’s stores, ensuring food, labor and service goals are met. Manages P&L on a monthly basis, maintains store budgets, staffing and training of team members, and ensures safety and security procedures are followed. Oversees repair and maintenance, implementation of new products or ideas, and strives to meet or exceed a minimum 4-star level. Conducts regular self-audits and ensures timely completion of reports and paperwork at the store level. Maintains inventory checks, verifies product and operational standards, and ensures all equipment is available and utilized correctly. This role requires overseeing school lunch standards, accountability, and maintaining paper trails across stores.
