Oversees staffing and training of all team members, maintains repair and maintenance of stores, ensures new products are implemented smoothly, drives performance to meet 4-star standards, and ensures accurate reporting, paperwork, and budget management. Responsible for safety, security procedures, inventory checks, and adherence to Domino’s standards and school-lunch requirements, with accountability for equipment utilization and overall store performance.
