Job Summary
Oversee all results in assigned stores, ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met while maintaining a minimum 4-star operational level. Manage store budgets, conduct monthly P&L reviews with direct supervisors, and ensure all safety, security, and equipment standards are followed. Insure stores are properly staffed, implement new products seamlessly, and perform inventory checks monthly. Complete self OERs, evaluations, and raise paperwork, ensuring accurate reporting and timely submission of all assignments. Maintain a minimum 50-hour work week with one day off and one on-call day.
Required Qualifications

- Equipment in working order
- Store Budgets Maintained
- All school lunches prepared and delivered within standards
- Accurate and detailed accountability with paper trail
- All equipment available and utilized correctly
- Inventory checks performed on each store each month
- Systems checklist and visit books utilized and in place and used
- All product and operational standards known
- All reports and paperwork complete and accurate
- All reports and paperwork turned in timely
- Self OER's performed 1st week of each period
- Appropriate corrections made after OER's
- Evaluations and raises completed as needed
- Paperwork and D.O. notified
- Follow through of all assignments
- All new products or ideas implemented seamlessly
- All stores run at a minimum 4 star level
- All stores staffed and training of all team members
- All stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards
- Repair and maintenance in all stores maintained
- All results in assigned stores achieved
- Food, labor and service goals within goal
- P&L review with direct supervisor each month
