Job Summary
General Manager responsible for all results in assigned Domino's stores, ensuring food, labor and service goals are met, managing P&L with direct supervision, maintaining minimum TIPS and Domino’s standards, staffing and training team members, overseeing repair/maintenance, implementing new products or ideas, achieving at least a 4-star level, performing self OERs and corrections, handling evaluations and raises, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, maintaining store budgets, ensuring school lunches meet standards, ensuring accurate accountability and paper trails, maintaining inventory checks monthly, using systems checklists and visit books, and enforcing all safety and security procedures to keep equipment functioning.
