Job Summary
Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status by reviewing daily sales, food cost, and labor while ensuring food safety compliance and proper Team Member training. Lead by example to motivate staff, protect cash and inventory assets, and maintain high customer service standards through professional communication. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, process orders, and manage facility cleaning. Complete inventory paperwork and direct activities under strict quality control standards. This role requires a valid driver's license with two years of history, a flexible schedule covering nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work standing or moving for up to 100% of the shift. One year of management experience with previous Domino's experience is preferred.
