Job Summary
General Manager in Training at Domino’s Team Murph in Kilmarnock, VA. Responsible for driving restaurant operations toward 5 Star Status, maintaining food safety, training Team Members, ensuring high levels of customer service, motivating staff, and safeguarding assets. Duties include reviewing daily sales, food cost, and labor, operating all equipment, inventory management, processing orders, and completing related paperwork. Requires at least 1 year of management experience (Domino’s preferred), being 18+, valid driver's license with two-year history, and flexibility to open/close with some nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred
- At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen
- Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays
