Job Summary
Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status by reviewing daily sales, food cost, and labor to adjust and follow up accordingly. Ensure food safety compliance, protect cash and inventory assets, and motivate staff while leading by example. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery to storage, prepare product, and receive telephone orders. Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facilities daily. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure proper training of Team Members. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with availability to spend up to 100% of time standing or moving. Required Qualifications
- One year of management experience
- Previous Domino's experience
- At least 18 years old
- Pass background and drug screen
- Meet Image standards
- Valid driver's license
- 2-years driving history
- Insured vehicle for driving managers
- Ability to direct activities
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
