Manages staffing and training of team members, maintenance across stores, implementation of new products or ideas, and ensures 4-star minimum standards, safety and security procedures, and accurate reporting. Oversees store budgets, inventory checks, school lunch standards, and ensures accountability with paperwork trail; ensures all reports and paperwork at store level are complete and compliant.
