Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a single Domino's store, providing leadership and supervision to achieve operational standards, food safety, and profitability. Manage recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees while leading team member and food safety protocols. Troubleshoot technology including POS and ATS systems. Maintain a safe, rewarding, and fast-paced working environment with competitive salary, bonus eligibility, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision. Requires minimum one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment, basic operations procedures knowledge, and cost management capabilities. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
