Job Summary
General Manager to oversee all store operations for Domino’s Pizza locations operated by DAKS, driving customer experience and profitability. Responsibilities include leading and inspiring a team; managing daily operations, inventory, cash handling, and scheduling; implementing policies and standards; analyzing sales data and financial reports to identify improvements; ensuring health, safety, and labor compliance; resolving customer concerns; collaborating with upper management to set and achieve performance goals; managing inventory levels, placing orders, and controlling costs; conducting staff training and evaluations; maintaining a clean, welcoming environment; requiring proven experience in retail or food service management, strong leadership and communication skills, exceptional customer service orientation, analytical and decision-making abilities, time management, organizational skills, and proficiency with basic computer applications; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
