Job Summary
Lead the store operations by managing staffing, cost controls, inventory, and cash flow while maintaining perfect image and adherence to all policies. Oversee food management, customer relations, store cleanliness, and marketing efforts to drive profitability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ensure punctuality and transportation to/from work for all crew members. This role offers paid training through our unique Management Development Program, with potential fast-tracking to franchise ownership for those who have successfully managed a store for at least one year.
