Job Summary
Lead a Domino’s franchise operation as an Operating Partner with responsibility for a $1-2 million store portfolio. Drive staffing, scheduling, inventory control, cost controls, cash handling, customer relations, and store cleanliness while modeling leadership and accountability. Set the example, adhere to all policies and procedures, and work to achieve profitability and growth. Focus on developing and mentoring the team, managing food and labor costs, and executing initiatives to increase sales and improve operations. The role requires strong business acumen, empathy, people management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver's license
- access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- must pass Criminal Background Check
- must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check
- ability to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area
