Job Summary
General Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations at Domino's Pizza stores, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive profitability. Key duties include overseeing daily store operations (inventory management, cash handling, scheduling), implementing and maintaining company policies and standards, analyzing sales data and financial reports to identify areas for improvement, ensuring health, safety, and labor compliance, resolving customer concerns, collaborating with upper management on performance goals, managing inventory levels and costs, conducting staff training and evaluations, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Must possess proven experience in retail or food service management and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
