Job Summary
General Manager responsible for overall store performance, team leadership, and operational excellence at RPM Pizza in Baton Rouge. Drives results through people development, food safety, customer service, and financial performance; leads scheduling, labor, inventory, cash handling, and forecasting; executes local store marketing and represents RPM and Domino’s brand standards; maintains a positive, high-energy culture and ensures compliance with safety, security, and health standards; manages store equipment and may drive for deliveries or local marketing.
Required Qualifications
- AM4 or prior General Manager with District Manager approval and good standing
- General Manager in Training Program completion or equivalent required
- Proven success in a high-volume environment
- Strong math, technology, and leadership skills
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Required food safety certification per local regulations
