Lead the team, set a positive example, and enforce policies 100% of the time while guiding staff through staffing, paperwork, and adherence to standards. You’ll manage scheduling, store cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality, with responsibilities expanding from daily duties to cost and profitability oversight. The role participates in the Management Development Program to train and certify you for advancement, including pathing toward franchising opportunities for qualified individuals who have managed a Domino’s store for at least a year. Strong math, judgment, multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment are required. Some management experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
