Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, and prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily. Perform arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division (may use calculator); make correct monetary change. Exhibit verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders, and communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Deliver product by car and to customer doors, and distribute flyers/door hangers. Use navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying product. Proficiency with entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and understanding written instructions. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
