Job Summary
General Manager responsible for operating all restaurant equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory and completing related paperwork, cleaning equipment and facility daily, and coordinating delivery tasks (including car-delivery to customer and distribution of flyers/door-hangers). Requires precise basic math for cash handling and making change, proficient verbal and written communication to take/process orders, and ability to use computer or touchscreen for order entry. Must read maps and navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area and work in challenging environments (multi-story buildings, private homes, delivery sites). In-person, on-site leadership in Reading, PA.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to perform arithmetic including giving correct monetary change
- Verbal and written communication skills to process orders
- Ability to enter orders via computer or touchscreen
- Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within delivery area
- Ability to deliver product by car to customer and door-to-door delivery

- Physical ability to deliver to multiple delivery sites and navigate various terrains
- Strong organizational and paperwork skills
