Oversee all restaurant operations as General Manager: operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork, maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility daily, perform basic arithmetic including making correct monetary change, enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen, comprehend and execute written instructions, communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person, deliver product by car to customers and through door delivery, distribute flyers/door hangers, and navigate to designated delivery addresses (including multi-story buildings and varied terrains). Must be able to rapidly and accurately perform calculations, handle verbal and written communications, and use navigation skills to fulfill delivery duties.
